42nd time I've had a ruptured varicose vein the doctor and the ER was fantastic, I was seeing almost immediately and I was out within 30 minutes and all the staff were pleasant and professional. They are a fine addition to Clearfield medical services!!

The award for most improved goes to Penn Highlands Clearfield. 3 years ago my wife and tonight me came in for the same reason. She spent almost 10 hours waiting, no one spoke to her to tell her what was going on and eventually said well were taking you to DuBois for surgery...."surgery, for what?" That is literally how ill informed she was. Today I went in was instantly checked in,trialed,....by kind patient knowledgeable staff. I sincerely hope this is a sign of the new Penn Highlands. Night and day

I was admitted to this hospital last May with Covid pneumonia. The doctors and nurses were great! MY oxygen level was low, and it would not come up It did not look good when the doctor decided to put me on the high flow oxygen machine. After two days my oxygen level came up, and everyone was so relieved. I appreciated all that they did to help me My nurse, Machelle was the best! I was there for eleven days, and am so thankful !

I was taken by ambulance to Clearfield Penn Highlands. They thought in ambulance that I may have had a stroke. After being at the hospital for a time I got better due to the great care I was giving. I did get admitted upstairs and was taken care of great. I would come back to this hospital for about everything they can take care of. Patient was Dale Knepp Sandys husband.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this place. My sister's husband died here and I called and they did not give me 20 questions, just sent my call through to the room. It was an emergency and I had to talk to her. He died because his lungs had failed. There was nothing the doctors could do. I appreciate their immediate response and was able to have a good talk with my sister who needed to talk to me.

I came to the hospital on August 28th this last week with heart issues and the fine people from the front desk to everyone who helped me and got a hold of my wife and got me stable enough to get transferred I want to say thank you so very much.

Recently had extensive surgery. From the second I went in I was treated so very kindly. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Call bell answered immediately. Pain kept under control. The kindness of the staff I can't say enough. No one wants to spend time in hospital but thankfully I had beautiful, kind ,caring staff. I noticed something else..there was a patient there..maybe a little confused. I would hear him call out for help..then I would heard a nurse in there comforting him. Truly wonderful staff. So very grateful for my experience.

I only have positive things to say about my 2 procedures I have had there within the past couple of months. Everyone I experienced were caring and attentive, from registration to the time I was discharged. I will admit based on the previous reviews I was nervous going there, but I felt everyone was friendly and actually there to give the best care for their patient and not just to do a job.

I received excellent care in the ER on 5 different occasions when I had trouble with my heart, and a bad infection in my intestines. I was also in the hospital in September 2023 for 5 days on the second floor and received excellent care from Dr Betty, all the nurses and the aides! They were all awesome!! Always checked on me and asked if I needed anything. Always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain.The meals were delicious and quality was good! The cleaning staff did an awesome job! Everyone works hard and I’m sure they are not told Thank You enough or how much they are appreciated. I’m thankful for everyone that took care of me. The lab techs, the sonogram and CT techs were awesome as well. It is a busy ER and hospital and We all need to be thankful we have a dedicated team to take care of us! Thank you everyone for taking care of me! Karen
